Jeff Schwartz is a transformative business leader, advisory board member, and City of Toronto Board Director with a rich history of success in driving sales, marketing, business development, and channel growth roles. His career spans across various industries in HVAC/Energy, Telecommunications & Technology Companies, showcasing a proven track record of delivering strong P&L results, exceptional team engagement, and the cultivation of a customer-centric, performance-oriented, innovative, agile, and collaborative culture.
Previously, Mr. Schwartz served as an Officer of the Company and the Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Enercare Inc., a Brookfield Infrastructure Portfolio Company, where he played a pivtal role in dividing the company into three separate business units. Under his leadership, Enercare & Service Experts grew to become one of North America's largest home and commercial services and energy solutions companies. His strategic contributions, especially in securitizing assets and transforming the marketing and sales organization, significantly contributed to the company's growth.
During his remarkable 20+ years with Bell Canada, Mr. Schwartz held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Marketing & Head of Content Acquisition. He successfully integrated Bell’s wireline and wireless teams, and lead the acquisition/integration of Virgin Mobile into Canada.
Mr. Schwartz earned an HBA from Western University – Richard Ivey School of Business in 2001 and completed the prestigious Harvard Business School LCOR Program in 2014. He also holds a workplace mental health leadership certification from Queen’s University (2016).
Outside his professional commitments, Mr. Schwartz is an active City of Toronto Board Director, contributing to initiatives around health, wellness, clean energy, and climate change. His commitment extends to corporate social responsibility initiatives and championing community causes.
